Now 4 states and 3 children later they are blessed to call Kauai home. Along with their children, Andrew, Rachel, and Hannah they love exploring the island and spending as much time at the beach as possible.

  • Aaron Chidester

    Senior Pastor

Aaron grew up with no background in the church. He suffered a life of abuse, addiction and crime. At the age of 22 years old, he surrendered his life to become a follower of Jesus Christ. This started a journey to overcome the anger, pain, and destructive behaviors in his life. Having found victory in God, he now has a passion for serving those that are struggling through the same issues. Aaron served as a youth pastor for seven years and an associate pastor for eight years prior to coming to Kaua`i in August of 2017. He received a year of ministry training and collegiate level Bible courses at the Master’s Commission in Phoenix, AZ before entering the full time ministry in Lake Havasu City, AZ. He received his B.S. in Psychology from Washington State University in 2014.

  • Shannon Chidester

Along with her creative side, she has a huge heart and desire to reach people for Jesus. You can usually find her at a coffee shop, Costco, or a grocery store talking story with complete strangers. She also loves helping women find their true beauty in Christ.

  • Sarah reis

    Children's Ministry Director & Elder

Sarah is from Colorado Springs, Colorado and began volunteering in children's ministry at her family's church when she was twelve years old. While in college, she got involved with a missions organization serving in Romania. She traveled to Romania every summer to work with children and teens who had been abandoned by their parents or removed from their care. After college, she lived there and served for a year.
